    Pyramid Equipment Leasing Corp.
    was incorporated in the state of New Jersey in May of 1980 for the sole
    purpose of becoming a full service equipment leasing and finance company. 
    Our corporate office is located in Ramsey, New Jersey approximately
    30 minutes from midtown Manhattan.  This
    strategically and geographically locates us within one of the most densely
    populated and established industrial markets in the United States. 
    Pyramid's primary marketing concentration is in the northeast,
    however, due to numerous successful relationships we have developed over the
    years we conduct business in markets across the country. 
      Our
      primary focus is geared toward the middle market transaction. 
      We define this as equipment having an initial acquisition cost to
      us of $25,000.00 - $1,000,000.00.  However,
      we can and will accommodate transactions as small as $10,000.00 and have
      the ability to accommodate our lessee's equipment requirements well into
      seven figure balances when presented with the proper set of circumstances. 
      We
      consider ourselves to be more customer oriented than industry specific. 
      We prefer and excel in providing financing for primarily income
      producing and labor saving equipment to established middle market
      businesses and professionals.  We
      define these as those businesses whose annual revenues are generally
      between $500,000.00 - $100,000,000.00. 
      The driving force of our business is to secure and maintain close
      relationships with equipment vendors, end users and satisfied customers
      and look to them as a constant and repeat source of business. 
      To accomplish this, Pyramid maintains a staff of outside field
      representatives.  In addition,
      we advertise in many different industry publications and directories on a
      regular basis. 
       Pyramid is a full service
      leasing company and not just another "me too" broker. 
      We offer full service back office support to our customers,
      vendors, field representatives, underwriting banks and investors. 
      This is accomplished by maintaining a highly experienced and
      professional staff, who understand the value and emphasis placed on first
      rate timely service in today's extremely competitive and ever changing
      marketplace.  All credit
      investigations are handled confidentially and are done in house. 
      This includes bank, credit and trade reports, credit bureau reports
      such as D&B, Equifax, CBI etc . . . All credit bureau reports are
      received on line directly and instantly from the reporting agencies and we
      are equipped to receive credit applications 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 
      Upon receiving a complete credit package we can generally respond
      in 24 - 72 hours depending on the complexity, creditworthiness, and size
      of a particular transaction.  Additionally,
